Requirements for a One-Year Student Visa

• Signed Agreement with Headway Institute: Begin your Dubai academic journey by signing an agreement with Headway Institute, ensuring you're on the right path to success.
• Colored Passport Scan: Provide a clear, colored scan of your passport's main page, with a validity of at least 1.5 years.
• Medical Check: Complete a medical check in your country of residence, in line with UAE's long-term visa entry requirements.
• Passport Photo: Submit a 4.3 x 5.5 cm passport picture with a white background, adhering to specifications (no glasses, hair covering face).
• Signed Visa Application: Fill out and sign the one-year student visa application.
• Payment Confirmation: Provide confirmation of payments for visa fee, tuition, and accidentals.

How to Get Emirates ID

• Submit Documents: Provide your original passport, passport-sized photo, and entry permit upon arrival.

• Emirates ID Issuance: Once requested, wait for your Emirates ID to be processed. Do not leave the country during this period.

• Basic Package (USD 2900): Join a General English group for 240 academic hours. Basic materials and a digital certificate provided.
• Opti Package (USD 4800): Benefit from 240 academic hours in a General English group and 10 months in an English Speaking Club. Basic materials and a digital certificate included.
• All In Package (USD 6900): Comprehensive package featuring 240 academic hours, 10 months in an English Speaking Club, and 48 academic hours one-on-one with a teacher. Basic materials and a digital certificate provided.

Getting Your Visa

Already in Dubai (USD 1700): Visa fee includes application/admin fees, electronic entry permit, medical tests, ID processing, health insurance (1 year), and visa cancellation fee. Visa issuance takes 15-35 working days.

Outside the Country (USD 1500): Visa fee includes application/admin fees, electronic entry permit, medical tests, ID processing, health insurance (1 year), and visa cancellation fee. Visa issuance takes 15-35 working days.
