Get Ready for School with Our Russian-Language Kids’ Club!

How can children build the skills they need for school while staying curious and engaged? At Headway we bring several key areas of early learning together in one program, helping children develop at a pace that suits their age and individual level.

What the program covers

• Russian Language and Reading. Children listen to and discuss stories, expand their vocabulary, develop reading comprehension, practise answering in full sentences, and learn to express their thoughts clearly.
• Writing. Children explore letters and sounds, practise letter formation, and develop fine motor skills.
• Maths. They learn numbers and counting, compare quantities, and work through simple calculations and word problems.
• Logic and Attention. Puzzles, memory games, and sequencing activities help children develop concentration, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and Social Skills. Children practise listening to others, taking turns, answering questions, and working together.

Activities are adapted to each child’s age and current level. The aim is not simply to introduce letters and numbers, but to build the foundational skills that will help children feel more confident as they prepare for school.
